Frequently asked questions
No. All prices on this site are exclusive of VAT. UAE Value Added Tax at 5% is added to every invoice issued by Cloudtechtiq IT Infrastructure LLC in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 and its amendments.
Yes, and that is the default. Invoices are issued in AED by a UAE entity, payable by local bank transfer or card. There is no international payment and no foreign exchange spread.
Cloud platform usage is billed monthly in arrears, payable within fifteen days. Licence subscriptions and project work are billed per the terms in your order form, which typically means annual in advance for licences and milestone-based for projects.
Yes. One-year and three-year commitments on compute and GPU capacity carry meaningful discounts, and volume tiers apply above defined monthly spend. Both are set out in the quotation rather than negotiated afterwards.
We provide credit for proof-of-concept work on qualified opportunities rather than an open self-service trial, because most enterprise evaluations need an engineer alongside them to be worth anything. Ask us and we will scope it.
